Easy Avocado Lemon and Soy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

  • 1/8 medium avocado, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ cup soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  1. Combine the avocado, lemon juice, soy yogurt, honey, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until it becomes smooth.
  2. Pour mixture in a serving glass. Garnish with a small slice of avocado, if desired.
