Easy Strawberry Banana and Pecan Smoothie Recipe

A great tasting smoothie recipe that is also diabetic-friendly. It is made with strawberries, banana, skim milk, and pecan nuts.

  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 5g pecan nuts

  1. Combine the strawberries, banana, skim milk, and pecan nuts in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled serving glass. Garnish with strawberry, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
