Blueberry Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This makes a perfect pick-me-up for diabetics! It is made of blueberries, pineapple, and coconut water.

 Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup crushed ice
 
 Method

  1. Combine the blueberries, pineapple, coconut water, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with blueberries or a slice of pineapple, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
