Easy Nectarine Mixed Berry and Coconut Shake Recipe

This diabetic friendly smoothie recipe is made of nectarine, mixed berries, and coconut water to give you strength while keeping normal blood sugar levels.

  • 1 medium nectarine, sliced
  • ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • crushed ice, to serve

  1. Combine the nectarine, mixed berries, and coconut water in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of nectarine or mixed berries, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
