Easy Rockmelon Soya and Flax Smoothie Recipe

This lip-smacking smoothie recipe is also good for diabetics. It is made with rockmelon, soya milk, and flaxseeds.

  • ½ cup rockmelon, diced
  • ½ cup soya milk
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  1. Combine the rockmelon, soya milk, flaxseeds, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Place and process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with a slice of rockmelon, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
