Easy Strawberry Oat and Walnut Cooler Recipe

This easy to make and diabetic friendly beverage calls for simple ingredients namely- strawberries, rolled oats, walnuts, and skim milk.

  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 10g walnuts
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  1. Combine the strawberries, rolled oats, walnuts, and skim milk in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass with crushed ice. Garnish with strawberry, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
