This scrumptious smoothie made of silken tofu, banana, strawberries, and skim milk is also a diabetic-friendly drink.

 Ingredients

  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • water to max line
 
 Method

  1. Combine the silken tofu, banana, strawberries, and water in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with banana slices or strawberry, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
