This wonderful beverage recipe made of ginger, pineapple, banana, and soy yogurt is rich in fiber and probiotics which is good for digestion.

  • 5g fresh ginger, sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple, diced
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup soy yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • water to max line

  1. Combine the ginger, pineapple, banana, soy yogurt, and water in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until it becomes smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with a slice of ginger or pineapple, if desired.
