This low-fat smoothie is made of banana, apple, kiwi and almond milk is a very nice drink for people who wants to lose weight because it is rich in dietary fiber and low in calories.

  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ medium apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  1. Combine the banana, apple, kiwi fruit, almond milk, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit, if desired.
