This low-fat smoothie recipe is good for weight loss. It is made of cinnamon, banana, rolled oats, and skim milk.

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon, ground
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • ½ cup skim milk

  1. Combine the cinnamon, banana, rolled oats, and skim milk in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of banana, if desired.
