This delightful smoothie made of pear, banana, strawberries, and skim milk is low in fat and contains low amount of calories to help you lose weight.

  • ½ medium pear, cored and sliced
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • ½ cup skim milk

  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with a small slice of pear or a piece of strawberry, if desired.
