Low Fat Strawberry Pear and Oat Smoothie Recipe

This wonderful smoothie is made of strawberries, pear, rolled oats, and low-fat milk. This will give you loads of health benefits that include maintaining healthy body weight.

 Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • ½ medium pear, cored and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
 
 Method

  1. Combine the strawberries, pear, rolled oats, and low-fat milk in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with strawberry or a slice of pear, if desired.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
