Oat Banana Yogurt and Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe made of steel cut oats, banana, and coconut water is great for digestion because it contains good amount of dietary fiber that helps in the elimination of toxins from the body.

  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. steel cut oats
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • coconut water to max line

  1. Combine the steel cut oats, banana, yogurt, and coconut water in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until it becomes smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with a slice of banana, if desired.
