This scrumptious smoothie is also good for diabetics because it aids in regulating blood sugar levels. It is made of soy milk, kiwi fruit, pear, and fennel bulb.

 Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy milk
    1 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
    ½ medium pear, cored and sliced
    ½ cup fennel bulb, shredded
 
 Method

  1. Combine the soy milk, kiwi fruit, pear, and fennel bulb in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit or pear, if desired.
