This tummy-friendly smoothie recipe is made with soy milk, rhubarb, and mixed berries.

  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 60g rhubarb, cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  1. Combine the soy milk, rhubarb, mixed berries, and crushed ice in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until it becomes smooth.
  2. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with some mixed berries, if desired.
