Tofu Acai Berry and Strawberry Shake Recipe

This diabetic friendly recipe is made of tofu, soy milk, acai berries, and strawberries. It is very rich in dietary fiber and other needed nutrients that can also aid in maintaining normal blood glucose levels.

  • ¼ cup silken tofu
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • ¼ cup acai berries
  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • water to max line

  1. Combine the silken tofu, soy milk, acai berries, strawberries, and water in the tall glass. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with strawberry, if desired.
